										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>(CALIFORNIA, MAY 14, 2014)  The United States District Court for the Southern District of California affirmatively <a href="http://innovationinsurancegroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/U.S._District_Court_decision_affirming_Ty_R._Sagalow_as_an_Expert_in_Insurance_Matters.pdf" target="_blank">held Ty Sagalow as an expert in insurance</a> matters pursuant to Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in a case entitled <em>Millennium Laboratories, Inc. vs. Darwin Select Insurance Company.</em></p>
<p>In a case where Mr. Sagalow was representing the defendant insurance carrier, the Court concluded:</p>
