Ty Sagalow was named MOST HELPFUL EXPERT by the Policyholder’s law firm.  The case involved several exclusions which the insurance carrier believed denied coverage.  The court held that in fact none of the exclusions applied granting the plaintff/policyholder full recovery of his requested damages plus interest.
