Ty Sagalow receives Dave McCurdy Award for Creativity and Leadership in Cyber Risk

Innovation Insurance Group President receiving the McCurdy Award for “Creativity and Leadership in Cyber Risk” from Internet Security Alliance CEO, Larry Clinton.

Mr. Clinton thanked Ty Sagalow for his ten years of services on the board of directors of the Internet Security Alliance including his positions as Vice-Chair and Chairman.

Among the contributions Mr. Clinton attributed to Mr. Sagalow was leading the company in its early years toward viewing cyber risk as a financial and management issue and not just a technology issue.

Today, ISA is regarded and leading thought provider in examining cyber risk from this perspective and is often called upon to testify and suggest legislation to Congress. Mr. Clinton speaks on this topic in conferences throughout the world.
